Along with our many workshops and special events, we also offer a program of courses leading to a certificate in professional photography. Both serious hobbyists and aspiring professional photographers are welcome to enroll.

During our periodic Open Houses, WSP staff will answer your questions, show prospective students the facilities, and acquaint you with our professional development program.

Attendance at an Open House will fulfill the requirement for an interview.

Program classes begin in January, March, June, and September, and assume no prior knowledge or experience in photography. The next program start date is September 20, 2010.

We realize that not everyone has the time to dedicate to an entire program, and that some have a broader background in the field than others. For those students, we encourage enrollment in the program classes as time permits. If you have questions about qualifying for the pre-requisites, please call us at 301-654-1998.

Many of our students take advantage of WSP’s monthly tuition payment plan, offered at no additional cost.
